New Student Orientation is where your college life will begin at The University of Memphis.  You are about to embark on a journey full of exciting experiences and amazing opportunities, and Orientation is designed to help you and your parents make a smooth transition into college life at the U of M.

Your orientation program will include informative presentations from administrators and faculty members, small group discussions, academic advising, and course registration.  Orientation will afford you many opportunities to meet other new students as well as interact with our Orientation Guides who, as current upperclassmen, can give you first-hand information about the U of M based on their experiences as current students.
